Guarantees
The exact number of guests for your functions must be confirmed 7 days prior to function date. Once final confirmation has been made the number of attendees may not be reduced.

Gratuity & Tax
All food and beverage sales are subject to Massachusetts meal tax and an 18% gratuity.

Terms & Deposits
A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking which will be credited to your final bill. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to function. Cash, Certified Check and all major Credit Cards are accepted. All food and beverage must be supplied by Nobscot Café.

Additional Charges
A $50.00 room fee is charged for every function, which covers a 3 hour room rental period. If the room is needed for a longer time additional charges will apply. The minimum function size is 20 people. Groups smaller than the minimum will be subject to an additional room charge.

Liquor Regulations
Nobscot Café compiles with the Town of Framingham and the State of Massachusetts regulations. No person is permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the restaurant. Proper identification (valid Massachusetts Drivers License) is required by all guests. Nobscot Café has the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages at any time.
